Geez. My conditioning has really dropped after two weeks of doing nothing. Its not that I havent tried, or thought about it, but its the usual holiday madness.
I went to a Stick n Puck today, which is the first time in two weeks that I’ve done anything physical. I played well, but, it was a brutal wakeup for me. My conditioning really dropped.
We are about three weeks from the start of the next session. Meaning riding those rollers, hitting all the drop in and stick n pucks I can.
